We had a really fun day today! We started the day with our swimming song and learned a new game from the Junior Leaders. Everyone enjoyed playing games from the week during playtime, and we spent some time creating our own turtle friends! After that we walked over to the pool, where we had a brief dip before heading back due to stormy weather. However, once we returned, we left our swimsuits on and had an exhilarating time outside! We pulled out the hose and sprayer and had fun dancing under the water falling from the hose, skittering and skipping through the spray. We also created a small line of water which the campers walked through, leapt over, and ducked under. All disappointment over an early end at the pool was forgotten in shrieks of laughter and sunny smiles!
