Today we went to Chautauqua Park and hiked the Baseline Trail. Everyone was a trooper, we hiked, sang songs (We are going on a Bear Hunt), and played nature games ( I Spy, Hawk and Mouse). We stopped to have lunch in the shade on the side of the trail, where we laughed out loud over Knock Knock Jokes. After the Hike we played games and sang songs in the park beside the trail. Ed took us back to base camp at 12:45 and we had rest time, Sleeping bunnies, and had free play. In the afternoon, we came up with our group code, rules for the group to live by such as “Keep everybody’s bucket full!” We talked about how we felt today and everyone felt happy!
