For our final full day of camp this session, we ran our “Thursday” program (because of the switch of Pool Day to Wednesday) and had a great time in FINALLY warmer, sunny weather. Putting on sunscreen was a habit we had to re-learn after so many days of fog.
Instead of Organized Free, we gave out t-shirts, had snack, and went pack to the cabin and packed up!
Friday Night Campfire was themed “Responsibility” and both campers and counselors contributed by reading quotes, singing songs, and hearing Native American stories. As always on Friday night, we ended with a Key Log ceremony and “Lean on Me”.
