We had a great time up at the AO Camps property, Camp Wondervu, today! Campers began their day with some fun morning songs, including Get Loose, the Humpty Dumpty Rap, and Penguins Unite. We also did some fast body movements to warm up–they were really energetic! Then, we played a fun game called Balance, about ecosystems; the campers learned about how populations depend on each other in the wild. After sunscreening, campers began their cabin activities–we fished, made kites, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery! Even though it was a bit rainy on and off throughout the day, campers enjoyed playing frisbee golf, making clay, and playing charades. We ended the day with some delicious Cheetah Spot gorp for snack–yum! Then we sang The Canoe Song to finish our day, hopped on the bus, and headed home. We’re back in the canyon for the final day of the session, see you there!
