The Denver Juniors have begun our reptile week in full force! The Geckos, The Black Racer Cobras, and The Snakes are our three cabin group names as decided by group consensus. We spent the morning at the Morrison Nature Center, looking for reptile foods and turtles while we got to know each other and watched the clouds, enjoying the shade! Every camper got a chance to decorate their own water bottle which they will be able to take home at the end of camp. The afternoon was relaxing back at base camp with stories about reptiles and closing games before we said goodbye with, of course, “On Top of Spaghetti”!
