A quick update on today’s weather. You may have noticed some rain in the area, with that came some lightning that sparked two grass fires in south Boulder today.
One was less than one acre and full contained near highway 93 and Thompson Drive (3/4 mile north from the 93/Eldorado Drive intersection.)
The other is near Walker Ranch on Bison Drive, a very rugged mile or so from the north west Eldorado State Park Boundary. The campers in Eldorado were not in danger, and we have been in touch with the area’s emergency management agencies and the State Park. We’ve headed out of Eldorado a little early.
Tomorrow is swim day at the Eldo Pool – we will let you know if there are any changes.
Afternoon pick up times and locations today will remain the same.
