Final Friday! The two-week campers had the second day of their ‘special’ programs – including Medieval Times, Design & Engineering, Knitting, and more! The one-week campers continued on their choice programs for the morning, with archery, crafts, and time down on the water.

After rest hour, the campers got to play the camp classic “Gold Rush”, which we spiced up even more with “Trash Rush” in an attempt to clean up more deeply the camp grounds. It wasn’t just about collecting gold nuggets hidden all over camp, it was about collecting micro (and macro) trash to help us keep this place looking pretty.

Snack was accompanied by us giving out t-shirts and taking cabin photos. And then, we knew the end of the summer was approaching because it was time to pack up.

Dinner was another amazing brisket with loaded baked potatoes, roasted broccoli and watermelon and dinner rolls. Thank you kitchen staff!

And then it was off to the final campfire at the Amphitheater. The Key Log Ceremony lasted until dark! It was beautiful and a great reflection of a successful summer for campers and staff alike.
