We’ve had great starts to both our 1-week and 2-week sessions, and a very busy few days! While 2-weekers signed up for programs and focused on team-building games, 1-weekers took to the climbing crag and canoeing. We jumped into the lake, built forts in the woods, and played some sports and games during Monday’s free period. Later, after a camp wide pictionary/charades challenge for evening program, campers and counselors moved to cabin group campfires to write and discuss their Cabin Codes of Living.

We jumped right into programs today with Climbing, Backpacking, Theater, Archery and Sailing during first period. Our 1-weekers got in some amazing hiking views with Annie, and had a great morning with Olivia in Nature & Ecology! Paddling and Crafts also got off to a great start this morning, and after lunch, our first group of horseback riders were off to the stables with Wes for an exciting afternoon. Fishing got in a lot of great casts, while Sports & Games explored rugby strategies!

Before heading off to an evening program relay race, campers were very excited for a brownie dessert surprise! After songs, group games, and lots of relay running, everyone was ready to rest up for another exciting program schedule tomorrow.
