Today was yet another amazing day here at camp! We hopped on the bus first thing this morning and headed out to Bass Lake Park. It was a long bus ride, but we made it a fun one with lots of songs like the Rattlin Bog, Lima Bean, and many more! When we made it to the park, we went inside the visitor’s center which was filled with cool things to see and touch! There were animal costumes that we also had a lot of fun with. We ate some lunch in the park shelter and then headed out for a short hike. Along the trail we found a shady spot to stop and make some butterfly-shaped kites! We rode the van back to base camp with Tommy where we played a few games and made our GORP order for tomorrow. Everyone had a great day and is excited for tomorrow!
