The Denver Juniors had a busy, tiring day at Morrison. We all went into the creek and saw craw dads, dragonfly larvae and a toad! We got our feet and legs all wet, which helped us stay cool!

We wnt to the Nature Center, where a naturalist taught us about different kinds of weather. We looked at the turtle and a live bullsnake.

When we got back to base camp, we listened to a story before debriefing our week. We got to take our water bottles home if we’re not coming back next week.

Enjoy the weekend!
