Today we went on a hike at the Mesa trail head, what a amazing hike! We sang songs and played hiking games. We found an old building build in the 1800s. In the morning, both groups played a game of Dinosaur Museum, and sang There was a Great Big Moose, lead by our JR leader Rachel. We ate lunch on the trail, then played a couple more games ,freeze tag and the name train game. When we got back to camp we did our Group Code (Rules for each group) and GORP (our own trail mix recipe that the campers pick to mix). We had a closing talk about what we liked our Rose, and what we did not like during the day our thorn.
