Today was a beautiful day at The National Wildlife Refuge! On the way in to the refuge we saw a hurd of bison and there was even one super close to the bus! In the morning we sang Sloopy, Tarzan, Head and Shoulders Baby 123, and the Fish in the Bay song. It was a perfect day for hiking and picnics near the lake. The explorers also got to go fishing with Tom and a couple of fish were even caught! Team building games took up some of the afternoon as well as crafts such as sponge bugs. We ended the day with GORP and an exciting story told by Joe! We are looking forward to a cooler day up at Camp Wonderview tomorrow.
