Today the Explorers went to Rocky Mountain Arsenal for a fishing day! The campers did great and one camper from the Venomous Spiders and one camper from the Fox Cabin group caught a fish! The Fox Cabin group had fun with face paint today and even panted their counselor’s face! The Venomous Spiders had some journal time today and also played some tag games.
The group ended the day with apples for snack and some songs including Adelweiss and Rattling Bog! We also went over our cabin codes and talked about campers following the golden rule and leave no trace. We had a great day and are excited for climbing tomorrow!
