We began our 2nd week of the session at Eldorado Springs pool–it was a blast! We started out our morning at Mesa Trailhead, to sing some fun songs, including Baby Shark and Get Loose. Then, we headed to the pool, got changed and sunscreened, and jumped in! Campers enjoyed the slide, the super-bouncy diving board, and the nice warm sundeck. After lunch, cabin groups worked on their cabin shields, which will hang in the bus as a reminder that their group was at camp this session! In the afternoon, campers jumped back in the pool and also enjoyed making lots of lanyards! We ended our day with some delicious gorp, mixed by the Awesome Coconut Squirrels–it was super yummy! Then, we hopped back on the bus and headed home. What a great Monday!
Tomorrow, we’re back in the canyon for rock climbing! See you there!
